Yoga has become more commonly known and widespread in the last decade as a means of relieving stress, learning to relax, sleep better, and overall well being.  Offering 60 minute guided meditations and a gentle asana practice in a restorative and yin nature.  

Partner Yoga classes/workshops that include:  Partner stretching, Therapeutic Flying and Thai Massage in a 90 min. to 2 hour workshop. 

Private one on one class settings: to help you take a more intutive approach and listen to your own inner guideance.

Synergy Partner Yoga is a healing art form that fine tunes and strengthens the human body and spirit through playfulness, thai massage, dynamic body conditioning and therapeutic partner flying. Partner yoga promotes, not only playfulness, but communication, trust and connection. This 90 minute class consists of group circle time, ice breaker games, partner stretching/yoga, learning to give and receive thai massage, and partner flying.

$15 per person / $25 per couple

Bring a mat, if you have one, and your beautiful self, ready to have fun!

Thai Yoga Massage is a practice of "Metta" or Loving Kindness that intregrates Massage Like Techniques to de-stress, relax and move blocked or stuck energy through the body's Meridans and Accupressure points.  Both Client and Practitioner are fully dressed in comfortable clothing, to allow for ease of movement and flexability.  No oils or lotions are used.  The practitioner will then guide the client through some yoga-like positions, while palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines and pressure points, that results in a fully body treatment that relieves tension, boosts the immune system, and balances the body energetically.
