  After my own journey of traumas and upbringing that has shaped into who and where I am today, a recovering People Pleaser, and bouts with PTSD, and feelings of not good enough,  I found my own healing ,in focusing on my own self development.  I found those traumas that my younger childhood mind that shaped some feelings, of not good enough, and needing to people please, and such was my “Minne Me’s” way of protecting me, and helping survive and get what I wanted, and for people to see me as, “Good Enough”.  The truth is, I didn’t see it for myself, and my years of life experiences, traumas, and out beliefs and thoughts that were formed by them, as a mechanism to help me get through life.   When the world 2020, we all experienced our own person journey that accompanied it based on our own experiences, both personally and professionally, our beliefs, upbringings, educational background, lead me to a journey of many deep dives, both globally and internally, as well as wanted to help others heal themselves, starting with Loving Thyself, making boundaries, reaching heal and wellness goals, as well as, spiritually and mentally.   I love helping people, hence the recovering people pleaser in me, but in a way, that focuses on Self Love, the way we “talk to ourselves”, “see ourselves”, “hear about, what we think about ourselves”, and the way “we feel about ourselves”, funny those are all the gifts we were born with, to speak, see, hear and feel, that we take most, take for granted and give everyone else more credit for, than we do of ourselves.  We automatically think we “can’t do things”, what other people do, are better than our own, if we don’t look, or see things the same, there is something wrong with it, when it comes to ourselves, how can we be good enough, when you think about yourself in that mindset about yourself.  Then those same thoughts, become a broken record in your head, and you say it to other people, i.e. “I could never be as good of a _______fill in the blank, the comparison game we reply, or the “what if’s” we also like to reply in our heads, you know, what if I don’t make it, and so what if I don’t, what did that “failure” teach you to do differently, and what if you try and you do make it, we hardly ever look at it that way! I hoped that helped you just a little, from sharing the journey of my own Self Love, and how it leads me to becoming a Certified Life and Health Transformation Coach.  That, I so want to share with you, in your own personal journey to Self Love and Personal Growth.  Giving you a safe space, to listen, without judgment, and reflect back to you, what I hear, and how to you shift your own negative mental, broken record chatter going on, to one that creates a more Zenful way of Living.

Yoga/Partner Yoga/Thai Yoga Bodywork

 Yin Yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues (ligaments, joints, fascia) by holding gentle, floor-based poses for extended periods (3-5+ minutes), aiming to increase flexibility, mobility, and cultivate deep relaxation, mindfulness, and meditative stillness, complementing more dynamic "yang" practices. It's characterized by long holds, using props for support, and focusing on breath to release tension and improve energy flow (qi)


Gentle yoga is a slow-paced, accessible style focusing on mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, ideal for beginners, those with injuries, or anyone seeking stress relief. It involves foundational postures (often floor-based), holds that build strength and flexibility, and extensive relaxation/meditation, making it easier on joints while improving mobility and balance  



Thai yoga is a therapeutic practice combining Thai massage, assisted stretching, acupressure, and elements of yoga and Indian Ayurvedic medicine.

Partner yoga involves two people working together to perform yoga poses, using each other for support, balance, and deeper stretches, which builds trust, communication, and connection, unlike traditional solo practice 


Couples yoga, also known as partner yoga, is a practice where two people perform yoga poses together, using each other for support, balance, and stretching 

Health and Life Coach- Health Coach Institute

 The Health Coach Institute (HCI) is a leading online training school that certifies individuals as Health and Life Coaches, blending holistic wellness with life transformation skills using science-backed methods like behavior change, positive psychology  

Assisted PNF stretching

A technique where a partner or clinician helps you stretch by combining passive stretching with muscle contractions to significantly increase range of motion (ROM) and flexibility, working with your nervous system to relax muscles deeper than typical stretching allows, often used by therapists for rehabilitation or by trainers to boost athletic performance 

Reiki

 A Japanese energy healing technique where a practitioner lightly places hands on or above a person's body to channel "universal life energy" (Rei-Ki) to promote relaxation, reduce stress, ease pain, and support the body's natural healing  

Healing Touch

A relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy that uses gentle, intentional touch that assists in balancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.  Classified by the National Institutes of Health as a biofield therapy and nursing intervention, Healing Touch may be used to address the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA-1) diagnosis of “Imbalanced Energy Field.” 

Huna Kana

A system of ancient Polynesian wisdom focused on mind-body connection and healing, often involving the "Three Selves"  

Feng Shui

An ancient Chinese practice of arranging spaces to create harmony and balance with the flow of energy, or qi, to promote well-being, prosperity, and positive life outcomes

Debra has loved photography since High School, when I took a photography class and created my own dark room to develop black and white photos, and bought my first DSLR camera, and Digital photography was a game changer in my photo journey, shooting and exploring creative ways to photograph what I saw in my minds eye.  I've had photographer friends and have shot various photos and images from landscapes to portraits, pets, weddings, preschool photos, graduations, etc, over 40 years of experience. Started my first macrame as a preteen, and decided to try making one again in 2019, it came right back to me, and I create my own designs from the US flag to the Colorado flag and various wall hangings, to dog leashes. My macrame flag, became a photo theme in a photo shoot in New Mexico, shortly after creating the first flag design.  I get lost in creating, decorating and photographing, and working with my hands.
